Bhaktapur

Bhaktapur is a very old city outside of Kathmandu. The society there is mainly Newar!

It is the home of traditional art and architecture, historical monuments and craft works, magnificent windows, pottery and weaving industries, excellent temples, beautiful ponds, rich local customs, culture, religion, festivals, musical mystic and so on. Bhaktapur is still an untouched as well as preserved ancient city that is itself a world to explore for tourists.

The Statue of King Bhupatindra Malla in the act of worship can be seen on a column facing the palace. Of the square's many statues, this is considered to be the most magnificent

 Thanks to my friends who came with me to Bhaktapur. Was a super nice day. I really enjoy it a lot!

I got that one by walking around in Patan Durbar Square in the night! I had to take that photo because I saw the statue and crow stiff! Had to make that pic! Hope u like it too!

Also this i took in Patan Durbar Square. Woman selling peanuts in the evening. In the background you could hear traditional Nepali music. Mhhh nice situation.

I took that shot a few kilometers outside from Kathmandu in a place called the windy tower. She and her sister where taking care of some goats.

That I shot in Lazimpat, in a friends place. It is the few from his rooftop. He lives there with his hole family and his little daughter.

Dear Friends following my BLOG!
I have safe arrived in Kathmandu and stay in a beautiful house near Pullchowk Patan. Is a really nice area. I can only stay until mid of December so I am in need to find a new place for living.

Here is time for the Tihar festival wich is the festival of lights. Today there was allready the dogs puja. Is  nice to see the dogs coloured!

I eat allready Dhal Bhat and enjoy beeing here. I spend lots of time with my friends and hire a bike today to come along easier.
Yesterday I visit the kids from the school and it was very nice to see, that they are doing good and that they are healthy. Dillip asked me to buy him a watch. I will try to.
Today I had to get back my ATM card which was captured by the ATM few days ago. Is a little pain in the ass, because you have to go different place to get i back. But I did it!!!!!
I have also done some nice pictures allready. they will follow soon!
